New Year’s Eve celebration’ Caesars Palace Las Vegas
BC Video Services joined the A-team of event makers for the 2023 New Year’s Eve celebration hosted by Caesars Entertainment.
When the crew needed to turn their conceptual vision into a tangible reality, they brought Brian Crow on board to give the event the visual punch it deserved. Together they chose the PIXERA system as the preferred visual asset to power the biggest LED display assembled.
Not only did the final configuration include several PIXERA server licenses that were networked together, 6x Barco E2K panels, and 15x Novastar MCTRL4K LED controllers provided the technical backbone that made a very complex piece of gear perform flawlessly.
Crow notes that PIXERA is a reliable and versatile solution that maintains perfect synchronism. An intuitive GUI and adaptable software provides great flexibility and enables rapid adjustments based on the envisioned finished piece. Because the customer can see the rendered workspace and visualize their end product before they arrive at the show. It leads to minimal need for on-site adjustments. All these factors were crucial in deciding to bring PIXERA on board. Guests at the Caesars Palace New Year’s Eve celebration were treated to audio-visual enchantment. Thanks to the over 75 million pixels of projection.
Using 15 separate outputs of varying resolutions, the coordinated video content created an excellent display of LED panorama that was vast enough to capture the audience’s imagination.
While waiting for the arrival of PIXERA 2.0, Crow shows up his excitement for this new version of the system and cannot wait to unlock the creative potential of the place.
