How to Use the Odds Converter
Choose American, decimal, or fractional odds, then enter the sportsbook price. The converter instantly shows the equivalent values in all three formats plus the market-implied win probability.
How to Use the Bet Calculator
Enter American odds and your stake to see the potential profit, total payout, implied probability, and return on investment. The bet-slip preview keeps the stake and return easy to scan.
How the Parlay Calculator Works
Add an American price for every leg of your parlay. The calculator converts each leg to decimal odds, multiplies them together, and shows the combined American line, implied probability, and return on a $100 wager.
How the Hedge Calculator Works
Enter the original bet, original stake, and price on the opposite outcome. The tool calculates a hedge stake that makes the two possible returns as even as possible; cent-level rounding can create a one-cent difference between scenarios.
Why Use a Betting Calculator?
Sportsbook numbers can hide how much you are risking and what you actually stand to win. A calculator makes payouts, probabilities, parlays, and hedges transparent so you can compare prices and make a more informed decision—without mistaking implied probability for a guarantee.

Understand Your Parlay Before You Place It
Learn how parlay odds compound, what it takes to win, and how to use the calculator to see exactly what is at stake.
What Is a Parlay Bet?
A parlay (also called an accumulator or multi-bet) combines two or more individual wagers into a single bet. Every leg must win for the parlay to pay out — if any leg loses, the entire bet loses. The tradeoff: higher risk for significantly higher potential payouts compared to placing each bet individually.
Example: You bet $10 on a 3-leg parlay with the Cowboys (-110), Lakers (-150), and Yankees (+120). All three must win. If they do, your payout is much larger than if you’d bet $10 on each game separately.
How Parlay Payouts Work
Parlay Payout Table
| Legs | Decimal Multiplier | $10 Payout | Implied Probability |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 3.65x | $36.46 | 27.4% |
| 3 | 6.96x | $69.65 | 14.4% |
| 4 | 13.28x | $132.83 | 7.5% |
| 5 | 25.34x | $253.35 | 3.9% |
| 6 | 48.37x | $483.65 | 2.1% |
| 7 | 92.28x | $922.67 | 1.1% |
| 8 | 176.09x | $1,760.86 | 0.57% |
| 9 | 336.04x | $3,360.41 | 0.30% |
| 10 | 641.35x | $6,413.56 | 0.16% |

Parlay Rules & Tips
Every leg must hit. One loss kills the entire parlay. Pushes (ties) typically reduce the parlay to the remaining legs.
Correlated parlays are restricted. Most sportsbooks won’t let you parlay outcomes from the same game that affect each other (e.g., team to win + over on total).
Same-game parlays (SGPs) are the exception — books price these with adjusted odds to account for correlation.
Longer parlays favor the house. Each additional leg multiplies the house edge. Most sharp bettors cap parlays at 3–4 legs.
Parlay insurance offers (like “get your stake back if one leg misses”) reduce risk but the book prices this into the odds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Multiply the decimal odds of each leg together, then multiply by your stake. For American odds, convert to decimal first: for negative odds, use (odds ÷ odds + 100); for positive odds, use (odds ÷ 100 + 1). Our calculator above does this automatically.
Most sportsbooks remove the pushed leg and recalculate the parlay with the remaining legs. A 4-leg parlay with one push becomes a 3-leg parlay.
Parlays offer higher payouts but carry more risk. The house edge compounds with each leg. For recreational bettors, small-stake parlays can be fun. For serious bettors, most pros recommend sticking to straight bets or limiting parlays to 2–3 correlated legs.
Most sportsbooks allow 10–15 legs, though some permit up to 25. Our calculator supports up to 15 legs.
Yes. Cross-sport parlays are standard at most sportsbooks. You can combine NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer, and more in a single parlay.
A parlay uses the original point spreads and totals. A teaser lets you adjust the spread in your favor (typically 6, 6.5, or 7 points) in exchange for lower payouts. Both require all legs to win.
